1. Introduction
Welcome to sunor. By using our website and API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
sunor provides aggregated API access to third-party AI music and audio generation models on a pay-as-you-go basis. We act as an API aggregator and are not affiliated with Suno or any other upstream AI model provider.
3. Accounts
You must create an account via Google OAuth to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Sharing API keys is at your own risk.
4. Credits and Payment
The service uses a credit-based billing system. 1 credit equals $0.01 USD. Minimum top-up is $5.00 (500 credits). Credits are prepaid and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
- Resell API access without prior written agreement
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in abusive behavior
6. Intellectual Property
Content generated through the API is subject to the terms of the upstream model provider. We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated content. Please refer to the upstream provider's terms for details on content ownership and usage rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of the service or any upstream model.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sunor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Pricing and credit costs may change; existing purchased credits will be honored at the rate at which they were purchased.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
