Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases on sunor are non-refundable. Credits are a prepaid digital service, and once purchased, they cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to another account.

2. Failed Task Refunds

If a task fails due to a system error or upstream provider failure, the credits charged for that task are automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required on your part.

Failed task refunds typically appear in your balance within a few seconds of the failure being detected.

3. Credit Expiration

Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase (top-up date). Expired credits are not refundable and cannot be restored.

4. Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or experienced an issue that warrants a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually.

5. Service Discontinuation

In the event that sunor discontinues its services, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and allow users to consume their remaining credits before shutdown.
