Sunor chose pay-as-you-go credits because most developers don't have predictable volume — you might generate 50 songs one week and 500 the next. Credits never expire on standard top-ups, and you only pay for the work you actually ship. No monthly minimum, no auto-renewal, no commitment.

How Auto-Refund Works
Sunor's pricing has a single safety property: you never pay for output that didn't generate. The refund flow is automatic and visible in your transaction log.
- Task ends in failure: refund fires within seconds — credits return to your wallet before the user-facing failure message renders
- Task doesn't complete in a reasonable window: marked as timeout, refund issued automatically
- You can verify any refund in the dashboard transaction log — every refund row references the original task ID and the credit amount returned

How much does the Sunor API cost?
1 credit = $0.01 USD. Music generation is 10 credits ($0.10) for Suno, 5 credits ($0.05) for Udio. Other tasks (lyrics, audio upload, concat) range 1-5 credits. Minimum top-up: $5 (500 credits).
How much is Suno AI API?
Suno doesn't offer a public API yet. Sunor provides REST API access at $0.01 per credit — music generation is $0.10 (Suno) or $0.05 (Udio). New accounts get 25 free credits.
Which music API is free?
Most music APIs require paid plans, but Sunor offers a free tier — 25 credits on signup, enough for 2 Suno or 5 Udio music generations. No Suno account or credit card required.
What payment methods does Sunor accept?
Cryptocurrency via OxaPay (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others). Credit card payments are not currently supported.
Do Sunor credits expire?
Yes. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase (top-up date). Expired credits are not refundable and cannot be restored.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a task fails to deliver a usable result, the credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. Refunds typically appear within seconds. No action needed.
Are credits refundable?
No. All credit purchases on Sunor are non-refundable. Credits are a prepaid digital service and cannot be converted to cash. For billing errors or service issues, contact [email protected].

Yes. Every new Sunor account gets 25 free credits on signup — enough for 2 Suno or 5 Udio music generations. No credit card required.
Is there a minimum top-up amount?
Yes — $5 is the minimum top-up. This keeps payment processing economical on small transactions. You can top up larger amounts at any time, and credits never expire on standard top-ups.
Can I get an invoice or receipt for my crypto payment?

Can I prepay larger amounts for a discount?

What's the typical response time for support?

How are credits divided between Suno and Udio tasks?
Single shared credit pool — no need to pre-allocate. Suno music = 10 credits, Suno lyrics = 5 credits, Suno upload = 1 credit, Suno concat = 5 credits, Udio music = 5 credits. Use your balance freely across any model and task type.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the per-task price?
No. The per-task credit cost is the only charge. Storage, hosting, and result delivery are included. Failed tasks are auto-refunded. The only fees are the per-task amounts published in the table above.
Can I set spending limits or hard caps on my account?
Your wallet balance is the natural cap — sunor never auto-charges you. To enforce a per-period spend ceiling, top up only the amount you want available for that period. For programmatic per-key budget enforcement, talk to us about custom limits for high-volume accounts.
